These terms govern use of the Kurtev Digital website. Engagement contracts are signed separately and supersede anything stated here for billed work.
Use of this site
You may browse, share, and reference this site freely. You may not scrape it at scale, attempt to break it, or republish its content without attribution.
Engagements
Every engagement starts with a paid audit or a fixed-fee build. Scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are agreed in writing before work begins. Retainers are month-to-month and can be cancelled with 14 days notice. We invoice in EUR.
Ownership
You own everything we ship for you: source code (where applicable), automation flows, documentation, credentials. We retain the right to reference the work generically as a case study unless you ask us not to.
Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential by default. We sign NDAs on request, before discovery if needed.
Liability
Our liability for any engagement is capped at the amount paid for that engagement. We carry professional liability insurance and disclose its terms before contract signing on request.
Governing law
Bulgarian law governs engagements unless the contract specifies otherwise.
