Five steps. No deck theatre.

Every engagement runs on this rail. You always know what is happening this week and what is shipping next. No surprises in the invoice.

How we work

Step 01
30 minutes

Discovery call

We ask where it hurts. You answer honestly or we cannot help. By the end of the call we either see the automation or we tell you it is not worth building.

  • Plain-English description of the bottleneck
  • Rough sense of the ROI math
  • Yes / no on whether to move to a paid audit
Step 02
1 week · €1,500 fixed

Scoped audit

We map your existing process end-to-end, quantify the leak, and propose the build. The audit fee is credited back if you decide to move forward.

  • Process map of the current flow
  • Bottleneck quantification (hours, errors, money)
  • Proposed automation architecture
  • Fixed-fee build quote with timeline
Step 03
2 – 6 weeks

Build

We ship in weekly increments. You test in production from week one, not in a sandbox. Every release is reversible and observable from day one.

  • Weekly demos with you in the loop
  • Live monitoring and alerting from launch
  • Human-in-the-loop approval mode for the first 2 weeks
  • Documentation as we build, not after
Step 04
1 week

Handoff

Full ownership transfer. Credentials, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and code where applicable. You can take it in-house tomorrow if you want to.

  • Architecture diagram
  • Runbook for common operations and recovery
  • Credentials and access transfer
  • Source code (where applicable) in your repo
Step 05
From €200 / month

Retainer (optional)

Monitoring, iteration, priority support, and the next automation. Cancel any month. Most clients stay because we keep finding new things to automate.

  • Live monitoring with alerting
  • 4-hour SLA on critical paths
  • Monthly optimization and iteration
  • Priority on the next automation
Final word

Book the call. Bring the bottleneck.

30 minutes. No deck. We either see the automation in your process — or we tell you it is not worth building.
