The state we found.
Guests messaged at midnight. Reservations lived in Reservation Studio, payments in myPOS, reviews depended on a staff member remembering to ask. Half of inquiries were lost to slow replies.
The owner wanted bookings to happen without staff involvement after hours, deposits collected automatically, and a steady flow of new Google reviews.
What we built.
A chatbot embedded on the website and connected to social DMs handles guest questions, books rooms via Reservation Studio, sends a myPOS payment link for the deposit, and triggers a Google review request 24 hours after checkout.
