The state we found.
Every online voucher purchase triggered a manual sequence: open Google Slides, duplicate the template, fill in the recipient name and code, export to PDF, attach to an email, send. 10–15 minutes per order. At scale, hours per day.
Solution
What we built.
An event-driven pipeline that catches WooCommerce orders, generates a personalized PDF voucher from a Google Slides template, and sends it to the recipient via SMTP within seconds.
